A variety of human cells are grown in lab though tissue culture. These cells are alive, they are combined to create a model of a living human body. This artificially-created external body is interred in soil, it stops living and starts decomposing. The process of decaying turns the living cells into it's molecular components - it creates a nutritious soil, a human compost.

When plants starts to grow in this soil, they take up the chemical elements of the former body and incorporate them into their matter. The body became the nutrition of the plants, the matter of the body is transformed into the matter of the plants. What was the body before, became now the plant.

The installation 'Snow White' takes a tatami (rice straw) mat an growths grass in a silhouette within it. As the grass feeds on the human body, does it transforms into something human? Are the plants echoes of the former body or a reflection of the current one? Do the double reflections in the balloons above reflect the real and the symbolic body The suspended balloon above acts as double mirror.
